What does it cost?: It depends on what's built. A website, a small automation tool, and a full custom system all cost differently — so we quote after understanding your actual need, and you know the number before you agree to anything.
How does the yearly part work?: We host it on our server and keep it running, so there's an annual charge covering hosting, renewals, support and a set number of small changes through the year. Bigger new features are quoted separately, based on the work involved.
What happens after it's built?: We set it up, show your staff how to use it, and stay reachable. You're not handed a file and left alone.
Who owns it?: You do — the tool and the data inside it.
Do I need to understand technology?: No. That's our job. You only need to explain how your business works today.
